Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mom’s Garden of 5. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days to the best of our availability. PLEASE REMEMBER we are a small business with family and one of our children is a heart patient that frequents the hospital so sometime orders may take a couple days extra. . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and the size of your order.

 

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages
Mom’s Garden of 5 is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

              Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mom’s Garden of 5, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality and care that goes into every herbal product we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, we will gladly accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@momsgardenof5.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace the item or issue store credit, depending on the situation.

Please send a photo of the product and packaging to support@momsgardenof5.com to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
